How to unveil a complementary Spa experience by buying two vouchers?
A complimentary Spa experience can be unveiled on every 02 Vouchers purchased by redeeming the 02 Vouchers consecutively for a minimum length of 04 nights stay.
Do you have an underwater restaurant?
Yes, we do have an underwater Restaurant called M6m.
Does my voucher include dining at M6m underwater restaurant?
Guest can avail complimentary dining experience at M6m restaurant by upgrading their stay for a minimum of 04 Nights and above. M6m dining experience can also be pre-booked on chargeable basis.
Are there any special benefits extended for the Honeymooners?
Yes, we do extend some special benefits to Honeymooners for a minimum stay of 04 nights and above. Benefits:
- Romantically shaped Bed decoration once per stay (Turn down service would be on the 01st or 2nd evening depending on the arrival time)
- Romantic candlelight dinner for the couple once during stay (Palms)
- One Honeymoon cake
- Romantic Turndown service – Aromatic Bubble Bath once per stay (on request)
- Honeymoon memento as a parting Honeymoon gift.
Can we provide an extra bed in the water villa?
We can convert the existing sofa bed into an extra bed if required however to experience the water villa at its best we recommend not to place an extra bed.
What is the total area of the resort?
The resort comprises of 02 islands, the main Island includes all Earth Villas and Reception. Hub Island includes Restaurants, Spa, and Kids Zone. Over Water Villa, are at the tip of the Island. The resort is approximately 02 km in length.
What the timings for the Speedboat transfers?
The speedboat transfer is available 24 hours a day and scheduled according to the guest’s flight arrivals.
What are the floor areas for the different villa types?
Earth Villa - 185 sqm, Earth Villa with Pool - 185 sqm, Wind Villa - 85 sqm, Wind Villa with Pool - 112 sqm, 02 Bedroom Earth Pool Pavilion - 285 sqm.
Are children and additional adults allowed in the Villas?
Yes, a maximum of 04 people (02 Adults, 01 Child and 01 Infant) can be accommodated in all villas except 02-Bedroom Earth Pool Pavilion which can accommodate a maximum 04 Adults and 02 Children. An additional Adult charge is USD 175 per night and Child rate is USD 85 per night.
What is the Infant and child age for OZEN by Atmosphere at Maadhoo?
0 - 4.99 years is considered as an Infant and 5 - 11.99 years is considered as a Child.
Are there any connecting villas or family villas in the resort?
Yes, Earth Pool Pavilion is our 02- Bedroom Earth Pool Pavilion.
What are complimentary items in the minibar?
Varieties of Wines, Champagne, beers and Non-Alcoholic beverages along with Tea Caddy, Soft Drinks & Selection of Snacks are available in the minibar.
Do you cater to guests who have dietary preferences or allergies?
Yes, the guests may also discuss with the Chef / Guest Relation Officer upon arrival regarding their dietary requirements.

There are 05 Restaurants and 03 Bars.
What are the non-motorized water sports activities available at the resort?
Non-motorized water sports activities available at the resort are Windsurfing, Catamaran, Canoe, Stand-up Paddle Board, Paddle Boat, Kitesurf, Kayak.
Do you have in Villa dining experiences?
We encourage our guest to dine at our exclusive restaurants to experience a wide variety of global cuisines. We only serve floating breakfast in the villas with pool.
Is there a Spa in the resort?
Yes, we have ELENA Spa in our resort with an exclusive selection of therapies from across the world.
Is there a dress code at the resort?
The theme is Casual Formal for all outlets (except Joie De Vivre Pool bar where guests may be on beachwear).
What are the types of sockets/adapters available in the villas?
All our villas have UK 3 pin socket however on request we can also provide adaptors.
